cResponse Speech Enabled Self Service Suite
is a hosted enterprise speech self-service solution that integrates with your telephony and data infrastructure. cResponse is the perfect solution if you’re looking for a cost-effective yet professional way to streamline your call center without sacrificing customer service quality, reliability, or security.  Here’s how it works:

As shown in the diagram below, calls come in from any wired or wireless phone (see 1) - such as from someone shopping at home or making a call from a cell phone. The calls travel as usual into the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), to be sent on to the recipient...which would be your company.

From the PSTN, the calls are then sent to your PBX (see 2), to be routed by your auto attendant or ACD application, or they are sent to cResponse.

Calls routed to cResponse (see 3) are answered immediately by a professional, personable voice user interface. The interface interacts with your database (see 4), providing accurate real-time information to the caller.

Callers who require special attention can be easily transferred to a CSR (see 5).
